on this site you can create a your blog and it is for free
Steps to do it are really easy :
1 ) Register for free with this link : Register
After that you will be redirect to home page . Do log in using " username " and " password " using the same of registration. You will be redirect on the home page.
2) Now look at right of the web site , there is Create / Manage Blog . Well! Use that link to enter into administrator panel of your blog. Write messages using " write " feature and after publish your message, you can see if it works with " View site " on the left top.
3) If you want to change your template just go to " your blog " link -> " set blog theme " and choose the theme that you like
